Omairy Martinez is a paralegal with the Detention Program at PAIR. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and a minor in Crime and Mental Health, as well a concentration in Legal Studies. Prior to graduating, Omairy has done research about incarceration and the injustices faced within correctional facilities. She is a first generation Latina and intends on going to law school in the future to earn a J.D. She is fluent in Spanish. Omairy joined PAIR in 2023.
