Jennifer Reyes is a legal assistant and the Asylum Intake Coordinator at the PAIR Project. Jennifer manages the Access to Justice project, funded by the Cummings Foundation, which focuses on case screening and legal services for vulnerable asylum-seekers. She was a recipient of the Posse Scholarship, a full-tuition scholarship at Denison University in Granville, Ohio, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In 2013, she participated in the Humanity in Action Fellowship in Berlin, Germany where she studied human rights issues and conducted fieldwork on the discrimination against Roma and Sinti communities in Germany. During her senior year of college, Jennifer received a Davis Project for Peace grant, which she used to create a library with storytelling programming for Syrian refugees in Azraq, Jordan the summer after her graduation. Before joining PAIR in 2016, Jennifer served as an AmeriCorps member in the New American Integration Program, where assisted low-income immigrants to apply for U.S. citizenship. She is fluent in Spanish.
